So, all of us who wanted to see something new happen on this chart, have finally received our wish! I am particularly happy about seeing UGK 4 Life debuting as our leader this week. I really hope that this album hangs in there for a few weeks, so make sure you go cop that!!! Flo Rida is pretty popular right now, so I regularly wouldn’t expect his album to fall out of the top 10 for a hot minute, and that still may occur. But, I’m very suprised that his sophmore album’s debuted under UGK. 

I’m a UGK fan to the core so I’m glad this happened, but suprised nonetheless.

Anyhow, Bow Wow has made his return, and dropped New Jack CitY II which is our bronze album this week at #16. T.I.’s Paper Trail is still standing very strong, eventhough it is in 4th place this week at # 24. None of the other hip hop albums in the top 50 have been out nearly as long as Paper Trail. Slim Thug’s Boss Of All Bosses proved to be a bit stronger than Jim Jones’ Pray IV Reign in week 2. My how things have shaken up………….
